Garden work is affected by conditions we can’t fully control (weather, soil moisture, hidden obstructions, plant health, and previous workmanship). If something looks wrong, the fastest route is to tell us early—ideally within a few days—so we can check whether it’s an aftercare issue, a settling issue, or a genuine defect that needs a return visit.
For hard landscaping, minor bedding-in can happen (especially after heavy rain), while lawns can show stress if watering/mowing isn’t aligned with the season. We’ll explain what we can reasonably adjust and what would require a different scope.
